Last night I whipped up a turkey meatloaf in the oven with the ingredients of:
I added all 5 ingredients together and then put chicken stock in the bottom of the pan that I cooked the ground turkey in at 350 for 1 hour. It was a little dry but good. If I were to do it again, I’d cover the pan so it wouldn’t get so dry and probably add more cheese and all. Hubby and I ate it since we were hungry! The youngest kid ate a few bites of it at least and the oldest one had 1 bite.
